Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Observable Code. By installing the SDK, joining the waitlist, or viewing a session, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Observable Code delivers lightweight “did it run?” signals for your code. It is a visibility tool, not a monitoring, alerting, or uptime guarantee. The tracking SDK is designed never to block, delay, or crash your decorated functions; a failure to deliver an event will not affect your program’s execution.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access sessions that are not yours, or to disrupt the service for others. Session view links are gated only by an unguessable identifier; you are responsible for keeping your own links private.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” during this early phase, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Observable Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on the presence or absence of an event.
